Podcast audience at an all-time high in the United States

The podcast medium has never had as many audiences as in recent months. The latest Edison Research’s Share of Ear® study shows that podcast consumption now accounts for 6% of total audio consumption in the United States.

An all-time high (4 points higher than in 2014) that marks more than ever the rise of this audio medium, which corresponds more than ever to the needs of the moment, thanks to its form (very accessible and very mobile) as well as to its content, since it offers totally renewed talk content compared to the traditional radio offer.
